The club holds monthly meetings alternating between Warwick and Allora on the first Wednesday of each month at 19:30. Further details can be obtained from this website. We plan to have a minimum of one outing per month, but also are able to hold Impromptu Events where individual members, or groups of members, can organise outings to suit other purposes.

For over 25 years, The Club has organised and run the Allora Heritage Weekend over the Australia Day weekend. This is a very large event covering many facets of heritage machinery and over 5,000 patrons usually attend over the course of weekend. This event has become so large, that a separate structure with a separate Management Committee has been incorporated to address Heritage Weekend matters. The 2022 event which was to be held over the weekend of May 14 and 15 had to be cancelled due to unfavourable weather concerns . Over the Australia Day Weekend in 2023, a very successful event was staged at the Allora Showgrounds. The weather was kind, a large swap meet was held and many examples of heritage machinery were on display.Planning is well underway for the 2024 event. Features will include Vesatile (and any articulated) tractors and any Euro Builds. Euro nameplates for Trucks also. Bikes feature Ariel and all British builds. Stationery engines highlight Ronaldson Tippett. Further details can be obtained from their Facebook page.
Transport and Main Roads have recently made changes to the conditions of use for Special Interest Vehicles which have made it much easier to get a Special Interest Vehicle out of the garage. Members now can use their Special Interest Vehicle to attend events which have not yet been published on a clubs planned event register. These changes come with strict conditions, and there are specific requirements which still must be met. Our club supports this initiative and has an active Impromptu Event history. This meeting will be held at Allora in the Bluecare facility starting at 07:30 pm
The 2023 Allora Heritage Weekend was sucessfully staged over the Australia Day Weekend. Whilst numbers are not yet available all agree that this exceeded expectations. Details for the 2024 event will be posted as they are developed The Annual General Meeting for this Committee will be held at Allora on Wednesday March 22nd. Starting at 7:30 pm, it will be followed by an ordinary meeting to discuss the 2024 event. All are welcome.
This event is a planned event held at Coolmunda Dam with members from both Stanthorpe and Goondiwindi clubs. It is an annual get together with games to determine the winner of the Spitfire Cup trophy. Details of the 2023 event will be posted later in the year
Every wednesday, club members are invited (as a club run) to participate in a small outing around the area. Meet at Australiana Park at 09:00 each Wednesday or phone Mark 0428 889 794 for further details. Prospective club members welcome!
